Shipping

• We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates.
• Orders above AED 100 qualify for free standard shipping.
• A flat fee of AED 15 will be applied to all orders below AED 100 only in UAE.
• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–5 business days depending on the delivery location.
• For international deliveries within the Middle East (outside UAE), shipping times and rates may vary and will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery

• Deliveries are made via trusted courier partners.
• Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.

Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the nature of our specialty consumable products (coffee, matcha, luxury consumables), returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
• Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer service with proof (photos/videos).
• Approved returns must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
• For non-consumable luxury items, returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unworn, and in saleable condition.
• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
